Dr. Natalie Wiggins is an Optometrist serving New Braunfels, TX and surrounding communities.

Dr. Wiggins enjoys caring for the patients at Two Rivers Eye Care and looks forward to the one-on-one interaction involved with solving eye health and vision problems. Dr. Wiggins and the entire staff at Two Rivers Eye Care are 100 percent committed to providing first class eye care services.

Dr. Natalie Wiggins received her optometric degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in May of 2008. Born and raised in Kerrville, Texas she spent her time showing American Paint Horses at a national level, as well as enjoying the perks of the Texas Hill Country. Dr. Wiggins obtained her undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas before deciding to attend optometry school at the University of Houston.

Dr. Wiggins is a residency trained optometrist, and completed her residency from the University of Houston College of Optometry in Family Practice with a secondary focus in Ocular Disease. This additional training allows her to offer a higher quality of clinical care to her patients ranging from the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease to the fitting of some specialty contact lenses and examination of pediatric patients. She is also a licensed glaucoma specialist and a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the Texas Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.

In addition to her residency training, Dr. Wiggins is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO). This is a title which is designed to recognize optometrists who have achieved a higher standard of professional and clinical competence.

Dr. Wiggins founded Two Rivers Eye Care in 2011 and is both thankful and proud to be able to serve the New Braunfels area by offering caring and exceptional eye care. Doctor Wiggins and her family reside in New Braunfels. Her husband loves cycling on his road bike in the Hill Country while Dr. Wiggins enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Baylor Bears and San Antonio Spurs!!

Dr. Leandra Debono was born in Dearborn, Michigan and grew up in Pearland, Texas. She obtained her optometric degree at the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City in May 2023 with recognition as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society. Her experience includes internships at ophthalmology practices, Veterans Affairs hospitals, and private practices throughout the New York City area. Dr. Debono has special interest in dry eye treatment, myopia management in the pediatric population, and specialty contact lenses. She is a member of the American Academy of Optometry. 

Dr. Debono received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She majored in Biology and Health & Society with minors in Psychology and Russian Area Studies. She now resides in New Braunfels, Texas. Her hobbies include playing tennis, baking, traveling, and reading. Leandra and her fiancé Patrick (Gig ‘em!) love to be active and are always exploring town looking for new cuisine to try. She is excited to be back home in Texas where a Whataburger or Bucee’s is never too hard to find.
